A hospitality desk is located at the Business Centre Foyer, Level 2 (next to the elevator)
Holcim Regional Awards Ceremony
Awards will commence promptly at 1500 hour.
Please note that this is a formal dress event.
Tour Information
Participants are requested to gather at the entrance of Chihuly Room by 0830 hour on 25th November.
Please check your tour group allocation with the hospitality desk should you be unclear.
Shuttle Busses
Shuttle services will be provided to and from The Ritz-Carlton and New Asia Equinox (2nd Day Cocktail Dinner)
- The Ritz-Carlton lobby: 1815 – 1845
- New Asia Equinox (Swissotel The Stamford lobby) : 2200 – 2300
Airport transfer will be arranged for all participants, kindly check for details with Holcim Hospitality desk. The journey from The Ritz-Carlton to Singapore Changi Airport takes approximately one hour.
Departure Information
The check-in times in Singapore Changi Airport for international flight is 2 hours prior to flight departure timing. This apply for both business and economy classes.
